Delivery
Nature-Ride currently works in partnership with Bpost and DPD for the delivery of your orders. They allow home delivery and delivery in relay points (parcel shop). However, this choice may be limited by the size of the product ordered.
Full information on delivery methods can be found in our delivery section.
Some products are not eligible for certain delivery methods. Bulky packages, such as snowboards or wakeboards, cannot be handled by the post office or relay points because they are too large.

When you make a purchase from Nature-Ride, we prepare your order and hand it over to our delivery partners as quickly as possible. Once this is done, you will get a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery process of your package.
Nature-Ride currently ships to the following countries:
- Belgium
- France
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- Germany
This is a choice on our part to limit the distance our parcels travel and to protect our planet.
All your orders are prepared and sent from our premises in Namur, Belgium.
We are 100% Belgian and we guarantee that all your orders are carefully prepared by us 🙂
Some products are regularly put back in our stock, we also try to constantly offer new products.
Unfortunately, it is possible that the item you want is no longer available.
Do not hesitate to ask us for information about the product you want if it is no longer in stock.
Indeed, it is complicated to have in stock every product proposed by our partners. If you are looking for an item from one of our partner brands, please contact us, we will do our best to help you get it.

Ordering
We prepare your parcel the day after your order or the same day! (except weekends and public holidays).
Your parcel is therefore quickly handed over to the carrier of your choice and will arrive at your home in the shortest possible time!
Following your purchase on Nature-Ride, you are automatically informed of the status of your order by e-mail. During its reception by our services, its treatment and the sending of this one, you are always informed of its state. If however, despite an order placed on our site, you do not receive any follow-up email, first check your junk mail, otherwise, contact us via our contact form.
Returns
If, unfortunately, the product you have received does not suit you, you have 30 days to return it to us. Please note that the product in question must be intact and unused.
To make a return, contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or via our email address contact@nature-ride.be
This will allow us to contact you again and follow you through the entire return process, right up to the refund.
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to exchange a product. If the product received is not suitable and you wish to obtain another one, it will be necessary to place a new order.
Payments
We have chosen to make the payment of your order as easy as possible. For this, several means are available to you:

Of course, payments made on the Nature-Ride website are completely secure.
Online payments are made using the SSL protocol of our partner Mollie. It guarantees a powerful encryption of your information.
The entire payment process is handled by our secure payment partner. At no time does Nature-Ride have access to your bank details.
After your purchase, you will automatically receive an invoice for your purchases at your e-mail address.
Guarantee
The warranty period as well as the quality of the "manufacturing defect" of the products depends on the manufacturer itself.

We will do our best to assist you in the process by acting as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer of the product in question. To do this, we will also need your cooperation in sending us as much information as possible about the nature of the product defect.
