Nature-Ride currently works with two delivery companies for your packages: Bpost and DPD

Each one offers different delivery methods to suit you. We explain here how it all works!

Reminder : We want you to receive your purchases as quickly as possible! That is why Nature-Ride commits to deliver your package within 24 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Bpost

You can choose Bpost for most of your purchases. However, this method does not allow you to deliver large products. This is why your snowboards and wakeboards cannot be sent by Bpost at the moment.

  • Delivery in a relay point

The price of your shipment will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart, depending on your order. It varies according to the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

You can always follow the status of your parcel on Track & Trace and the My bpost app via the barcode you received.

For Belgium, Bpost almost always delivers the parcel the next working day.

For France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, you should receive your package within 5 working days.

In 2022, some 600 electric vans will be on the road throughout Belgium. By 2030, half of the diesel engines will be replaced by an electric solution. This will bring the number of electric vans to over 3,500.

Bpost is also developing its so-called "eco-zones", i.e. they distribute parcels, mail and newspapers there without emitting any emissions, thanks to the coordination of several solutions (parcel distributors, cargo bikes, local businesses, etc.).

DPD

You can choose DPD for all your purchases on the Nature-Ride shop. However, for deliveries in relay points, large parcels over 120 cm are not accepted. Snowboards and wakeboards can only be delivered at home.

The price of your shipment will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart, depending on your order. It varies according to the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

You can track your parcel with the reference number received by email once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery person by us.

For Belgium, once the parcel has been handed over to DPD, it will usually be delivered the next working day.

For France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, you should receive your package within 3 working days.

For several years, DPD has been committed to carbon neutrality. This aims to offset all the CO2 emissions released by their activity, by developing innovative actions.

The result: 100% carbon-neutral deliveries in Europe at no extra cost to the customer.

In addition to carbon neutrality, DPD is deploying a fleet of zero and low emission vehicles and continues to expand its network of relay points.
