The Evolution helmet is one of the slimmest hard shell models on the market. It has a skateboard-style hard shell, which protects the skull most effectively. The design curves anatomically around the head for a perfect fit and customised wearing comfort. The Evolution helmet is available in a wide range of colours and graphics, here in olive green.

Hard shell construction
Hard shell helmets are made of ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell is bonded to the EPS core for a two-piece construction that offers high durability and ultimate impact protection.
Tuned Fit System
Our Tuned Fit system allows the rider to adjust the fit using different thickness pads inside the helmet. Our helmets always come with two sizes of pads. Each size comes in a different colour, making it easy to determine which pads are appropriate to fit the helmet to the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. For example, if necessary, slightly thicker pads can be fitted to the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
Tight fit
We design our helmets differently from our competitors. We have analysed the most diverse heads and determined a basic anatomical shape. This allows us to follow the exact curves of the human head shape. You can see this very well when you look at a TSG helmet from the front: The sides of the helmet shell are more curved and clearly go inwards. The contour of the TSG helmets on the sides and back is round and not straight as on other helmets. Thanks to this production, we get what is called a contact ring inside the helmet. Here the head touches the helmet all around.
This is what we call the TSG Snug Fit. Our Snug Fit helmets not only fit better, they also take up less space.
To lift the TSG helmet off the head, more power is needed than in the competition models. This is important so that the helmet does not slip during use and, above all, remains in the correct position even in the event of a fall.
Low Fit
A helmet can only protect what it covers. Our Low Fit design is low profile and fully protects the back and sides of your head without affecting your field of vision or restricting your movement.
