The Jones Aviator 2.0 has been completely redesigned and offers a very durable directional twin. Designed for the expert all-mountain rider who likes to link turns and get high all over the mountain.
This new edition of the Aviator was designed in collaboration with Jones team riders Victor de le Rue and Jimmy Goodman.
What sets the Aviator apart is its TRUE CAMBER profile. Victor and Jimmy swear by the power of a full camber to carve their way up steep slopes and tackle airy tricks. The Aviator also features a 3D Contour 2.0 base, Triax fiberglass, durable linen and basalt stringers, ECO-Plastic topsheet and Traction Tech 3.5 edges.
The 3D Contour Base helps improve turn fluidity, while Triax fiberglass and stringers under the Eco-Plastic topsheet absorb board vibrations and provide supreme pop and lightning fast response to your every move.
The Aviator 2.0 will appeal to experienced riders who are looking for a board that can keep up with everything from freestyle to freeride.

Base
Wend Natural Wax: Jones boards are ready to ride as soon as they leave the workshop and are factory waxed with WEND natural wax.
Construction
Koroyd: lightest core material, absorbs vibrations, improves control and confidence on the board.
Fibre
Triax fiberglass: provides a precise and responsive ride on all terrains and in all snow conditions.
Other features
Bio-resin: A biobased epoxy composed of 27% plant carbon instead of petroleum carbon. The organic raw materials used to make the bioresin are co-products or waste from plant-based industrial processes. The production of bio-resin requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions than conventional epoxy.
Edges: All Jones boards are made with recycled steel edges.
Recycled ABS edges: ABS plastic is one of the necessary evils in the production of snowboards. Jones improves the durability of his snowboards by using only recycled plastic.
Topsheet in eco-plastic: made from castor beans. This eco-material is ultra-light, scratch resistant and water/snow repellent (snow sticks less to the topsheet).
Durable Flax/Basalt Power rope: Durable string made from 100% natural fibers. Basalt strings improve torsional response and transfer power from under your feet to the tips of the board to reduce edge errors.
Woodcore: All wood triple density core with bamboo spars for pop and durability and paulownia (type of wood) for lightness.
